Account & Data Deletion Request

In compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store policies, users of Invoice Master have the right to permanently delete their account and all associated personal and business data at any time.

Direct Deletion: You can delete your account directly from within the Invoice Master mobile application, or submit a deletion request via this web page without reinstalling the app.

1. How to Request Account & Data Deletion

Option A: Inside the Mobile App (Instant / Recommended)

  1. Open the Invoice Master app on your device.
  2. Navigate to Settings (or Company Profile).
  3. Scroll to the Account Safety / Delete Account section.
  4. Tap Delete My Account.
  5. Complete the security re-authentication (Password, Google, or Apple ID) to confirm your identity.
  6. Confirm the deletion prompt to schedule your account and data wipe.

Option B: Request via Web / Email (If App is Uninstalled or Inaccessible)

If you no longer have access to the mobile application, you can submit a deletion request directly by contacting our support team via email:

Once received, our support team will verify ownership of the email address and initiate the complete deletion workflow. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is initiated.

2. Types of Data Deleted

When your account deletion is processed, the following data is permanently wiped from our production systems and cloud storage:

Data Category Specific Items Deleted
Account & Identity Firebase authentication record, user ID, email address, password hashes, and OAuth link tokens.
Business & Profile Company name, legal name, tax identifiers, phone numbers, addresses, logos, and custom headers.
Documents & Transactions All invoices, quotations, proforma invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, and recorded payments.
Client & Product Catalogs Client names, contact details, product catalogs, service descriptions, prices, and tax rates.
Expenses & Receipts Expense records, category tags, supplier records, and uploaded receipt images/documents.
Sync & Cloud Backups Encrypted workspace blobs, backup archives, file manifests, and synchronization logs.
Device & Notification Data Registered device IDs, FCM push notification tokens, and active session tokens.

3. Data Retention & Cooling-Off Period

Cooling-Off Period: To protect against accidental deletions or account takeovers, deletion requests enter a safety cooling-off period (up to 60 days). During this period, the account owner or support can cancel the request if requested.
