These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Invoice Master (the "App"), a mobile application developed and operated by Blue Beam Services ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Invoice Master is available free of charge with full access to core features. Free-tier users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob.
Premium features are available through a paid subscription managed by RevenueCat and billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Available plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your payment method on file with the respective store will be charged upon renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Premium features until then.
All purchases are processed by Google LLC or Apple Inc. Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the respective store. Blue Beam Services does not process refunds directly.
All business data you enter into the App (clients, invoices, products, payments) belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over your data.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the data you enter into the App. Blue Beam Services is not responsible for errors in documents generated based on data you have provided.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, features, and content, is the exclusive property of Blue Beam Services and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your personal device(s) solely for the purposes described in these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

Invoice Master is a document generation and record-keeping tool. It does not constitute accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your invoices and documents comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Beam Services and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability) shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Blue Beam Services is established.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., via an in-app notification). Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
