1. Introduction

Invoice Master ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile invoicing application developed by Blue Beam Services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

By using Invoice Master, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (via Firebase Authentication).
• Business data: Company name, logo, address, and other profile details you enter.
• Client data: Names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, and other contact details of your clients.
• Invoice and financial data: Invoice numbers, line items, prices, taxes, payment records, quotes, and delivery notes.
• Product/service catalog: Names, descriptions, prices, and tax rates of your products or services.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device identifiers: Collected by Google AdMob (free tier only) to serve relevant advertisements.
• Purchase and subscription data: Collected by RevenueCat to manage your subscription status (monthly, annual, or lifetime plan). RevenueCat links your Firebase user ID to your purchase history.
• Usage data: Firebase may collect anonymized crash reports and app performance data.

4. Data Storage

4.1 Local Storage

All your business data (clients, invoices, products, payments) is stored locally on your device using a SQLite database. This data remains on your device even without an internet connection.

4.2 Cloud Sync

When you are signed in, your data may be synchronized with our cloud servers to allow access across devices and to prevent data loss. Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

4.3 Third-Party Storage

• Google Firebase stores your authentication credentials (email, hashed password) on Google's servers. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat stores your purchase history and subscription status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob (free tier only) may collect advertising identifiers and usage data for ad targeting. See Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Advertisements

Free-tier users may see interstitial and rewarded advertisements served by Google AdMob. These ads may use your device's advertising identifier to display relevant content. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Turn off Personalized Ads

Premium subscribers do not see any advertisements.

7. Data Retention

• Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• Local data on your device is retained until you uninstall the app or clear app data.
• Cloud-synced data is retained until you delete your account.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).

8. Children's Privacy

Invoice Master is a business productivity application intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Portability: Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.

10. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Secure password hashing via Firebase Authentication
• Local data stored in a private app sandbox inaccessible to other apps

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to notifying affected users in the event of a data breach.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
